Enjoy 3 nights of comfortable hotel accommodation, guided transportation, breakfast daily, and exciting extras like campfires with s’mores and games along the way. Whether you're soaking up the mountain views or tubing down the slopes, this tour is the perfect way to kick off spring.

Sample Itinerary

Day 1: West Vancouver to Sicamous

• 8:45 am – Students arrive at West Van Secondary School (1750 Mathers Ave, West Vancouver) and check in with the DCSA guide
• 9:00 am – Depart for the Rockies! Your tour guide will kick off the journey with introductions, games, and fun facts about Vancouver and the areas you'll travel through
• See highlights like the scenic Coquihalla Highway, the Okanagan Valley, and Canada’s only desert
• Stop in Hope, BC – known as the Carving Capital of Canada
• Lunch stop in Kamloops (at your own expense)
• Arrive at SilverStar Mountain Resort for snow tubing
• Roast some delicious s’mores with your group
• Check into your hotel in Sicamous
• 10:00 pm – Room Checks

Day 2: Sicamous to Banff

• Breakfast included in the hotel
• Travel through Mount Revelstoke National Park and Glacier National Park
• Stop at Roger's Pass National Historic Site
• Visit stunning Lake Louise
• Arrive in Banff and check into your hotel in the early evening
• Optional: Take the Banff Gondola to the top of Sulphur Mountain (additional cost)
• Evening free time for shopping, dinner, and hotel amenities
• 10:00 pm – Room Checks

Day 3: Banff & Lake Louise to Golden

• Breakfast included in the hotel
• Driving tour of Banff townsite
• Choose your own adventure today:
  • Skiing at Lake Louise Ski Resort (optional)
  • Johnston Canyon Ice Walk (optional)
  • Or extended sightseeing and shopping in Banff with your guide
• Dinner stop in Golden
• Check into your hotel and enjoy the pool
• 10:00 pm – Room Checks

Day 4: Golden to West Vancouver

• Breakfast included in the hotel
• Begin your journey back to the Lower Mainland
• Coffee break in Revelstoke
• Visit Craigellachie – the site of the “Last Spike” of the Canadian Pacific Railway
• Lunch stop in Kamloops or Merritt (at your own expense)
• Final stop in Hope for washrooms
• Return to school at approximately 7:30 pm
